　　LQD10騎馬裝訂聯(lián)動(dòng)線(xiàn)是北人集團公司全套引進(jìn)日本先進(jìn)技術(shù)制造生產(chǎn)，是新一代高效、高速、高穩定性、人性化的高性能騎馬裝訂設備。

　　高效率。為達到最高效率生產(chǎn)，本機從配頁(yè)、訂書(shū)到裁切采用了五大檢測手段：錯帖識別、厚度檢測、漏帖檢測、歪斜檢測、漏訂檢測，最大限度避免原則性差錯的發(fā)生，極大提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

　　 高速度。本機專(zhuān)門(mén)設計了適應高速度裝訂的雙動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)訂書(shū)機構，及特殊的分頁(yè)輪機構，使該機的最高轉速可達11000冊/小時(shí)。

　　高穩定性。為保證本機的穩定性，本機關(guān)主部件均采用進(jìn)口，訂書(shū)頭采用德國Hohner訂頭，對零部件加工精度嚴格把關(guān)，在壓力最大的三面切機身采用整體鑄造，大大提升了設備的穩定性。

　　人性化設計。本機采用獨特的結構設計，操作調整極其方便、快捷。使用彩色觸摸屏控制面板，機器運行狀況一目了然，調整簡(jiǎn)單易用。氣量和擋規的調節裝置均設在機器外部，不用停機就可調節。

　　LQD10 Combined Saddle Stitching Line, adopting complete advanced Japanese technology is an innovative user-friendly product with reliability, high efficiency and high speed.

　　The product is up to CE safety standards certified by German Rhine Co. and has been sold back to Japan with Beiren Brand.

　　 High Efficiency. Standard quality control and high productivity achieved by five detective means in the process of gathering, stitching and trimming: photoelectric sequence check, thickness caliper, missing signature detector, skew signature diagnosis, and missing stitch control.

　　High Speed. A specially designed dual-drive stitching unit that is good for high-speed stitching operation together with a unique signature separating unit, allowing for speeds up to 11,000 rsh.

　　High Stability. High stability assured by Hohner stitching heads, precisely processed parts, one-piece die-casting heavy three-side trimmer, effectively preventing cutting failures.

　　Highly Operator-friendly. Its unique structure offers easy and fast setting and operation control through its color touch-screen display that provides you with a general view of the running status. Feeder’s register stop and air supply adjustments are fitted outside of the machine for non-stop control operations.
