　　MPQ1050 Automatic Platen Die Cutting Machine with Stripper is a state-of-the-art product developed to meet the market demands at home and abroad by Beiren Group Corporation employing its long experience in the research and manufacturing of such machines and absorbing advanced technologies from other countries as well.

　　Much higher die-cutting speed and accuracy is resulted from optimized design in the feeder, the die-cutting and the delivery sections. An easy changeover from different paper stocks is realized due to its specially designed setting system that is easy to handle for thin, thick or corrugated stocks. All the bearings, fasteners and electrical elements as well as other key parts are from renowned world brands with stable performance and better durability at work. Moreover, the machine is computer-controlled with a touch screen for higher automation and it is thus an ideal machine for high-end products like labels, cartons and cards as well as for creasing and embossing operations.

　　The gearing, the crank and rocker mechanism and the cam typed intermittent transmission mechanism in the waste stripping arrangement are rationally structured with the die-cutting plate set in the middle that is easily changed. Repeatable positioning is accurate, and the performance is outstanding and reliable.
