Features:

Feeding Unit

v        Chain feeder.

v        The clearance of feeding roller is regulated by hand and the scope is 0-11mm.

v        Each unit separation and incorporation is motorized. When the machine is separating or incorporating, an alarm bells to make operators safety.

v        Automatic counter for controlling output.

v        Emergency switch on the main controlling panel.

v        印刷輥：采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材，表面經(jīng)研磨，鍍硬鉻。

v        快速換版裝置，可360度調整。

v        設有腳踏開(kāi)關(guān)（可正反轉），方便裝卸印版。

v        送紙輪，壓印輥間隙手動(dòng)調整，刻度盤(pán)顯示。

v        橡膠輥：選用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材，表面覆蓋進(jìn)口優(yōu)質(zhì)耐磨橡膠。

v        印刷部相位電動(dòng)行星輪調整，刻度盤(pán)顯示調整量。

v        印刷輥橫向手動(dòng)調整距離20mm。

Printing Unit

v        Printing roller: The roller is made of thick steel board and its surface is plated hard chromium after it is grinded.

v        Quick hanging forme device. And 360 degree adjustment.

v        A switch regulated by feet makes the roller turn clockwise and anticlockwise. So it is convenient to load and unload the forme.

v        Adjusting clearances of feeding wheels and impressing roller manually and dial displays.

v        Rubber roller: Adopting high quality steel pipe and is covered by imported anti-abrasion rubber.

v        Regulating printing phase position is motorized by planetary gear system and dial displays.

v        Manual transversal adjustment of the printing roller covers 20mm.

v        開(kāi)槽相位360度，電動(dòng)行星輪調整。

v        開(kāi)槽后刀360度，電動(dòng)行星輪調整。

v        電動(dòng)聯(lián)動(dòng)調整紙箱開(kāi)槽間距和壓痕間距。

v        選用優(yōu)質(zhì)7mm厚開(kāi)槽刀，鋸齒形刀刃，保證使用壽命和開(kāi)槽質(zhì)量。

v        可選配打孔，打扣手裝置。

v        Adjust the clearances of slotting and creasing in line by motor.
